How can I improve my auditory skills when learning a foreign language? - auditory

I learned a lot from Sweden for 11 months or both, and I can read / write / speak very well, but I'm not so great when it heard, the audience comes and Swedish. I have movies, but to see these films with subtitles for my hearing to help, or do I see without subtitles, so you can help? Thank you.
