How Long To Catalina Can My 21' Bayliner Bowrider Make It To Catalina Island From Long Beach?

Can my 21' bayliner bowrider make it to Catalina Island from long beach? - how long to catalina

I have an open Bayliner 21 'bow inward and outward. Iceland I'm going to Catalina from Long Beach on the ship or the sea is too rough? In addition, you can relax in a tank full of gas?

On a quiet day you can be absolutely fine. However, I would not recommend it. Perhaps a trip takes about when you are between the mainland and the island. I would like the predictions of tides and weather at sea, before you try to test it.

I think the island is about 30mi from the coast. If your bayliner is located in (I think they all do ...), then mpg fuel consumption is in the range of 4.0-7.0. Most Bayliner can carry about 20-24 gallons in the tank.

If you are careful, and their boat on a flight to / around 3200-3900 rpm (which is different for each ship, but almost always between 3-4k), you get the best fuel economy can be expected. If you're not careful, you lose efficiency very quickly. The boats are known for this. If you do not plan right, you will lose fuel efficiency dramatcially more you are in for 'soft'.

Should be with your boat, you can get about 75-120 miles on a tank.

Therefore Tor to answer your question .... Yes, sometimes, yes.

Yes you can. I took my 18 "Aluminum Catherine on a calm day.

As a boat over 20 'will all have to go in rough seas, only a little slower.
