Hang a heavy bag is better. You should have a heavy bag is overweight. Most people will say to start small in order to pass a heavy bag that half of the weight or get something, but what if the power exceeds the bag? You need a different purchase. I would therefore opt for a heavy bag that at least their weight in size. If you're rich and take training seriously, you should (the size of the punching bag to increase and reducing the size of the bag of speed if you have one), every six months or less. The best thing to do in my opinion, is always a water / foam bag made by the ring. But be sure to choose between water / foam and water, not only because the water is (too thin, only 13 wide). The beauty of water or foam heavy bags is that you can increase or decrease the weight and the intended use of it to your liking, is much more realistic for a man who does not play heavy bag, and it is much easier on your joints. Even if you are to store or transport, just draining and filling for later use. IfYou want for any reason a water / foam bag, choose another brand Ringside's heavy bag, preferably a length that is soft, like it's easier on your joints and cause less likely to cause injury.

Ringside is the only brand to testify as a witness or recommended in dealing with heavy bags or bags in general. The only thing I like about Ringside is the customer service is terrible, and contracts for delivery via UPS. It is a company that makes the terrible excellent products.

That makes you want to be avoided at all costs, Everlast, Title, Martial Arts, Century, or anything else that (not Ringside, Cleto Reyes, winner of the award, or the only good thing that Grant has produced his "professional" line of gloves or other products).
